SAO PAULO, March 23 (Reuters) - Brazilian power company Copel said on Wednesday that Cosan and two other groups are potentially interested in the privatization offer of the gas distributor Compagas.

Copel's Chief Executive Daniel Slaviero said he expects to receive the final conditions for the renewal of the Compagas concession from the Parana state government in the coming weeks, so the privatization can occur by the end of this year.
