Cosmax BTI, Inc. (KOSE:A044820) agreed to acquire 56.5% stake in Twowin Pharma Co.,Ltd on April 27, 2018. Cosmax BTI, Inc. will acquire 4.99 million shares of Twowin Pharma Co.,Ltd. Twowin Pharma Co.,Ltd reported total assets of KRW 19.52 billion and total capital of KRW 762 million as at December 31, 2017. The Board of Directors passed a resolution for the transaction on April 27, 2018.
