Cosmax BTI, Inc. (KOSE:A044820) and two related parties made a tender offer to acquire 25.96% stake in Cosmax, Inc. (KOSE:A192820) from Kyung-soo Lee, Sungseok Seo, Byungman Lee, Byungju Lee and Songhwa Foundation for approximately KRW 210 trillion on July 18, 2014. As per the offer made, 2.2 million shares will be acquired at KRW 0.09 million per share. Cosmax BTI Inc will acquire 2.2 million shares. The tender offer period will start from July 18, 2014 to August 11, 2014.
