Cosmo Chemical Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 284.8 million compared to KRW 259.06 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 5,228.36 million compared to net income of KRW 7,419.62 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 149 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 257 a year ago. COSMO CHEMICAL CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of titanium dioxides. The Company produces titanium dioxides, which are used in rubbers, papers, resins, paints, bricks, electronic components, multi layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), catalysts and others under the brand name COTIOX KA-100 and COTIOX KA- 300.
