On October 28, 2022, Cowen Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $14.06 per share on the Company's 5.625% Series A Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock. The dividend payment will be made on November 15, 2022, to the holders of record as of the close of business on November 1, 2022.
