Fujian Fumi Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 75% of stake in CPT TPV Optical (Fujian) Co., Ltd. from CPT Technology (Group) Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000536) for approximately CNY 330 million on August 8, 2022. On August 12, 2022, the company and Fumi Technology signed the Equity Transfer Contract. As of November 23, 2022, The transaction has been approved by the CPT Technology. On November 30, 2022, CPT Technology (Group) Co.,Ltd received the remaining amount of the second payment and interest, total of CNY 67 million.
Fujian Fumi Technology Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in CPT TPV Optical (Fujian) Co., Ltd. from CPT Technology (Group) Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000536) on December 14, 2022. AS of January 17, 2023, the CPT Technology (Group) Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000536) has received the full relevant payment for the purchase of 75% equity of CPT TPV Optical (Fujian) Co., Ltd..
