The Company's principal business activities include selecting suitable credit projects, analyzing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and providing a credit scoring based on data-driven risk management algorithms and models, pricing a potential credit project by specifying a range for interest rates to investors, assisting borrowers to obtain a loan from the Fronting Bank if sufficient funding commitments are made by investors on the creditshelf platform, and, provided the Fronting Bank decides to issue the loan to the borrower, servicing the credit project, purchasing the loan receivables from the Fronting Bank and selling them in tranches to the investors.
