CRG Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7041) acquired Claylish Co., Ltd. from Hideo Takagi for ¥900 million on April 30, 2024. CRG Holdings paid ¥900 million to acquire 1,980 shares. Claylish reported net worth of ¥433 million, total assets of ¥3.784 billion, sales of ¥414 million, operating income of ¥122 million and net income of ¥48 million for fiscal year ending April 2024.

The outsourcing manufacturing business is engaged in the outsourcing manufacturing of pet related products, such as pet foods and pet hygiene goods from business partner manufacturers and their accompanying business.
