UKC Holdings Corporation signed a share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 29.29% stake in CU-Tech Corporation from Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation for ¥100 million.

UKC Holdings Corporation (TSE:3156) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 29.29% stake in CU-Tech Corporation from Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation (TSE:6997) for ¥100 million on September 4, 2012. UKC Holdings will acquire 0.41 million shares. UKC Holdings will operate CU-Tech Corporation as its wholly owned subsidiary.

For the year ended December 2011, CU-Tech Corporation had net liability of ¥160 million yen, total assets of ¥6.31 billion, sales of ¥7.51 billion, operating loss of ¥322 million, ordinary loss of ¥302 million, and net loss of ¥301 million. The transaction is expected to close on September 28, 2012. The effect on UKC Holdings Corporation's performance for the year ending March 2013 by this share acquisition is minimal.
