A leading global Fortune 500 technology services firm has chosen to standardize on Cyviz visual collaboration technology for their latest Innovation center. Located in Chicago, they combine an innovation center and a digital studio – uniting playful exploration and real-world applications of next-gen technologies. This includes Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and metaverse.

This new contract will add to the customer agreement with over 115 Cyviz systems centrally managed by Cyviz Easy Server Software, hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

The customers’ goal is to offer a consistent, people-centric user experience to help their people stay connected wherever they are located, and to have a digital workplace strategy that is connected to an overall collaboration strategy. 

With the innovation center in Chicago, they consolidate multiple business units in separate locations to a single location. Cyviz will provide turnkey visual collaboration solutions in 9 of the major areas, including a café multi-purpose event space, boardrooms, divisible conference & training rooms, client innovation lab, and testing labs. All Cyviz systems are integrated with Microsoft Teams for video conferencing to enable enhanced “hybrid work” meetings and collaboration.

“This new order is a result of the strategic collaboration Cyviz has with this global technology services leader. Including this last order, the customer has placed orders for more than USD 36 million so far. The Cyviz Easy Software Platform is designed for effective deployment, management, and reliable user experiences. It also offers remote support and monitoring to ensure the rooms' availability at any given time. This technology is essential for both deployment and the functionality of the solution when in operation. An intuitive user interface enables shifting between presentations, collaborative workshops, or customer demonstrations to deliver a dynamic and innovative environment for visitors.
