Daesung Industrial Co., Ltd. will purchase 2.7 million shares of DS POWER. Post the transaction, Daesung Industrial Co., Ltd. will owns 49.9 stake in DS POWER Co.,Ltd. The Board of Directors of Daesung Industrial resolved the transaction.
The transaction is expected to close on August 13, 2021.
