The board of directors of DeClout Limited announced that Mr. Teo Meng Keong, Company Secretary, has passed away suddenly on January 23, 2018. Ms. Lin Moi Heyang has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the company in place of Mr. Teo with immediate effect.
