Desenio Group AB (publ) reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 212.3 million compared to SEK 239.5 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 2.2 million compared to net loss of SEK 0.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.01. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.01.
For the nine months, sales was SEK 682.8 million compared to SEK 907.8 million a year ago. Net loss was SEK 30.5 million compared to net income of SEK 42.2 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.21 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of SEK 0.3 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.21 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of SEK 0.28 a year ago.
Desenio Group AB (publ) is a Sweden-based e-commerce company that is engaged in online sales of affordable wall art. The Companyâs offering consists of art prints of around 9,000 designs majority of which is proprietary to Desenio, Frames that are offered in various wooden and metal finishes in matching sizes to the posters, as well as other accessories including products such as mat boards, picture ledges, art clips, and other printed products, e.g., phone covers. The Company differentiates its two brands, Desenio and Poster Store. Desenio Group is primarily presented in Europe, with its core markets in Germany, United Kingdom, the Nordics, France and the Netherlands, and a growing presence in the USA and to some extent in Asia.
