Printed copies of both documents will be posted to shareholders today.

Whilst in normal circumstances the Board values the opportunity to engage with shareholders in person at its AGM, on this occasion the Board feels it is appropriate to advise shareholders against travelling to attend the AGM in person and, instead, to submit proxy votes as early as possible because, as matters currently stand, shareholders will not be granted access to the AGM. Shareholders are strongly advised to appoint the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy. If the situation changes then shareholders will be notified via the Company's website atwww.destinypharma.com and via RNS announcement.
