Following the nine months’ interim results of its majority shareholder, Vonovia SE, Deutsche Wohnen SE publishes the following KPIs for the first nine months of 2022. The numbers are preliminary. During the first nine months, Deutsche Wohnen SE generated an FFO I of € 413.3 million (€ 0.92 per share). The Adj. NAV amounted to € 22,778.7 million (€ 57.39 per share). The publication of the final numbers for the first nine months in 2022 is scheduled for November 8, 2022.
