DFDS A/S (CPSE:DFDS) agreed to acquire the remaining 80.1% stake in ICT Logistics A/s on September 15, 2021. ICT Logistics will be consolidated in the DFDS Group once the transaction is closed. ICT Logistics A/s reported annual revenues of DKK 260 million.
The transaction is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities. The acquisition was approved by Danish merger authorities on 13 January 2022. The transaction has no material impact on DFDS' outlook for 2021.
