Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie N.V. (ENXTAM:VNC) agreed to acquire Corilus Veterinary, CV Belgie and 51% stake in DegroSolutions on November 16, 2017. As per terms, Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie will finance the transaction through issue of 1.45 million shares at a price of €2.5 per share. Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie N.V.
