DHI Group, Inc. Appoints Art Zeile as Interim Chief Financial Officer

As previously disclosed on August 7, 2023, Kevin Bostick resigned from his position as the Chief Financial Officer of DHI Group, Inc. effective September 1, 2023. Also, as previously disclosed, Mr. Bostick will continue to serve the Company through December 31, 2023 in order to help support a transition. On August 28, 2023 the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Art Zeile, the Company's current President and Chief Executive Officer, to also serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer) while the Company searches for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
