Diadrom Holding AB

Diadrom Holding AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the area of diagnostics for high-technology products. The Company’s services include support and consulting within the areas of central support systems, software downloading, configuration and off-board tools. It operates a component library, DiagStudio, which offers access to functions for a range of central issues, such as communication, reading, presentation and central systems. The Company’s customers are divided into two customer segments, namely Producers of capital products, such as AB Volvo, and Users of capital products, such as SJ och Vasttrafik. As of December 31, 2011, it had three subsidiaries, namely Diadrom Informatics AB, Diadrom Simulation AB and Diadrom Systems AB. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was AB Apprecia (33.03%).
