Ativa Medical Corporation announced that it has received $15 million in funding from Ping An Ventures, Zhejiang Dian Diagnostics Co., Investment Arm, Diamond Biofund Inc., Hermed Capital co.,Ltd, Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings, GIMDx, and other investors.

On August 28, 2015, Ativa Medical Corporation closed the transaction. The company received its series B round of funding. The transaction included participation from 65 investors including new investors, Ping An Ventures, Zhejiang Dian Diagnostics Co., Investment Arm, Diamond Biofund Inc., Hermed Capital co.,Ltd, Laboratory Corp.

of America Holdings, and GIMDx. As part of the transaction, Jiang Zhang from Ping An Ventures has joined the company's board of directors. The company has received $23,170,000 in funding till date including equity and convertible debt transactions.
