Digital360 S.p.A. (BIT:DIG) signed an agreement to acquire 27.8% stake in Digital Sales S.R.L. from Massimo Calabrese for approximately ?1 million on May 19, 2023. Digital360 will issue 201334 ordinary shares valued at a price of ?5.35 each. Digital360 reserved the right to exercise a call option on the remaining 21.2% stake not yet owned in three different tranches, purchasing 7.07% in each of the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.
