Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited entered into agreement to acquire 26% stake in Dodaballapur Hoskote Highways Limited, Dhrol Bhadra Highways Limited and Repallewada Highways Limited from Dilip Buildcon Limited (NSEI:DBL) for INR 1.09 billion on March 29, 2024. The transaction is expected to close on April 1, 2024.
