Midstar Hotels AB (publ) agreed to acquire a hotel property in Borlänge from Diös Fastigheter AB (publ) for SEK 200 million on May 17, 2023. The property has a lettable area of 14,000 sqm, an annual rental value of SEK 13 million. The transaction is expected to complete on June 1, 2023.
