(CNSX:DCLI) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 303 mineral claims comprising approximately 16,404 hectares located in Québec for CAD 0.26 million on September 19, 2023. The consideration for the company making a cash payment of CAD 0.025 million and issuing an aggregate of 400,000 common shares of the company to the sellers. Closing of the Acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of various closing conditions, including the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
