Dizon Copper-Silver Mines, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported net loss was PHP 0.187684 million compared to PHP 0.215747 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.002 compared to PHP 0.003 a year ago.

Dizon Copper Silver Mines, Inc. (DCSMI) is a Philippines-based holding company engaged in the business of mining. The Company focuses on acquiring, purchasing, leasing, holding, working and operating mines, mining claims, grounds or lodes in the Philippines or in foreign countries. DCSMI crushes, concentrates, smelts, refines, dress, amalgamates and prepare for market ores, metal and mineral substances of all kinds. The Company's mineral deposit classified as a gold-rich porphyry copper deposit. The Company's operations include Barangay Buhawen, San Marcelino and Zambales. DCSMI's activities include care and maintenance of the mine site and the mining properties, especially the Bayarong Tailings area. DCSMI has a Mineral Processing Permit for the recovery of minerals in the Bayarong Tailings Dam. The Company owns a property in Barangay Parada, Valenzuela City with a total area of approximately 4,070 square meters. DCSMI owns all the immovable assets like the land, roads and bridges.
