Dong A Eltek Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A088130) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 2,000 million under the contract with Daishin Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until August 4, 2020. As of February 3, 2020, the company had no shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
DONG A ELTEK Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of display test equipment and organic light emitting diode (OLED) equipment together with its subsidiary. The Companyâs display test equipment consists of aging systems, such as in line aging systems, room type thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT LCD) aging systems, central nervous system (CNS) aging systems and lamp lifetime test equipment; test equipment, such as pattern generators, portable test equipment, TFT LCD printed circuit board (PCB) bonding test equipment and limit sample display systems; OLED panel aging systems, as well as communication application parts and others. It also produces OLED vacuum metalizing equipment.
