Dong Yang Piston Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A092780) signed a contract to acquire Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Enclosure and Manifold Block Business from Wooshin Ind. Co., Ltd for KRW 3.9 billion on November 28, 2018.
Dongyang Piston Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of engine pistons for internal combustion engines. The engine piston is a part that transmits power to the crankshaft through the connecting rod at high-temperature and high-pressure combustion energy generated by ignition of the mixer (air and fuel) in the engine cylinder. It provides engine pistons for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, industrial vehicles, military vehicles, marines, motorcycles and agricultural machineries. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
