From October 28, 2019 to December 31, 2019, the company has repurchased 291,514 shares, representing 2.25% for KRW 1,384.87 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 291,514 shares, representing 2.25% for KRW 1,384.87 million under the buyback announced on October 28, 2019.
Dongyang Piston Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of engine pistons for internal combustion engines. The engine piston is a part that transmits power to the crankshaft through the connecting rod at high-temperature and high-pressure combustion energy generated by ignition of the mixer (air and fuel) in the engine cylinder. It provides engine pistons for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, industrial vehicles, military vehicles, marines, motorcycles and agricultural machineries.
