Fuchuan Houxing No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund agreed to acquire a 5.06% stake in Dongguan Golden Sun Abrasives Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300606) from Hu Xiuying for CNY 77.1 million on December 29, 2022. Under the terms, Fuchuan Houxing will acquire 7 million shares for CNY 11 share in cash. Currently Hu Xiuying holds 27.74% stake and post acquisition will have 22.68% stake in Dongguan Golden Sun
