Valted Seq, Inc. announced a private placement of 5,000,000 series seed preferred stock at a price of $2.49 per share for gross proceeds of $12,450,000 on June 16, 2021. The preferred shares are convertible into common shares at a fixed conversion price equal to original issue price. The shares are non-redeemable.

The round will be raised at a post money valuation of $12,450,000.
