Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603359) commences share repurchases on March 3, 2021, under the program mandated by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 22, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to CNY 50 million worth of its class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 23.93 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plan and the unused shares will be cancelled. The program will be funded out of company's own funds. The program will expire earlier of 12 months from the date of shareholders approval or when the maximum limit is reached, unless terminated by the Board earlier.
