On October 28, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing its operating results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 26, 2020. The press release was then reissued to correct certain typographical errors in the Company's September 26, 2020 consolidated balance sheet. No other changes to the press release have been made. A copy of the corrected press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
