Its segments include real estate development, leasing, and hospitality. The leasing segment is presented into three sub-segments, which are composed of retail, office and industrial. The real estate development segment is engaged in the development of real estate assets to be held as trading inventory and for sale. The hospitality segment is engaged in the acquisition and/or development of hotels.
