Palisade Impact entered into an agreement to acquire Repurpose It Pty Ltd from Downer EDI Limited (ASX:DOW) and other shareholders on November 10, 2023. The sale price represents an enterprise value of AUD 220 million and is subject to customary completion adjustments. Downer expects to receive post-tax cash proceeds of approximately AUD 85 million.
Completion of the sale is expected to occur around the end of 2023.
