DP Poland Plc announced the intended appointment of Stoffel Thijs as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, subject to the completion of normal regulatory due diligence being carried out by the Company's Nomad. Mr. Thijs is expected to be appointed to the board on 1 January 2024. Stoffel has been with Domino's for 26 years.

Stoffel is a strong supporter of DP Poland and holds 0.9% of its shares (directly and indirectly).
