BOSTON (AP) _ DraftKings Inc. (DKNG) on Friday reported a loss of $545 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Boston-based company said it had a loss of $1.35.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of $1.11 per share.

The company posted revenue of $212.8 million in the period, which also missed Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $224.9 million.

DraftKings expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.24 billion to $1.28 billion.
