Social Groupware concluded a contract to acquire ASP business from Drecom Co., Ltd. (TSE:3793) for ¥19 million on May 10, 2012. Following the completion, there will be no changes in trade names, headquarters, representatives' official positions, names, business descriptions, capitals and accounting periods for GaiaX. For the period ended March 2012, ASP business reported sales of ¥86.83 million, book value of total assets is ¥21.3 million and book value of total liabilities is ¥11.06 million. The Directors of GaiaX Co., Ltd took the decision on May 10, 2012. Social Groupware's shareholders approved the deal on May 10, 2012. The expected closing date is July 1, 2012. The impact of the acquisition on performance of GaiaX is negligible.

The Advertising Media Service segment focuses on the reward type advertisement service, engages in the planning and development of services related to enterprise marketing activities through the Internet, as well as the planning, development and operation of media contents for smartphones and personal computers.
