Dubai Refreshments Company announced earnings results for the first half of fiscal 2014. For the six months, the company reported a net profit of AED 68.7 million, marking an increase from the AED 60.2 million during the same period last year. The company made a revenue of AED 478 million - an increase from the AED 428 million from first half of 2013.

The company attributed the gains to an increase in sales volume in local and exports business, as well as savings in key raw material prices.
