Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) announced Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has accorded their consent/approval to DBBL for issuance of fully redeemable, non-convertible, unsecured, floating rate subordinated bond of BDT 5,000 million only under private placement as per provisions of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Debt securities) Rules, 2021.
