E-STARCO. CO. LTD is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the real estate business and education business. The Company operates three business divisions: distribution division, education division and leasing division. Its distribution business division is engaged in the distribution of office buildings, apartments, residential complex apartments and shopping malls. Its education business division is engaged in the operation of admission tutorial schools, including elementary education lessons, Internet video lessons, university entrance examination courses and others. Its leasing business division engages in the rental of university buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings and residential buildings. On May 7, 2014, it sold entire shares of Korea Real Estate Investment Trust.
