Eason & Co Public Company Limited intends to acquire a 30% stake in Green Fuel Management Co., Ltd. from Jarukit Jullakharin for THB 7.5 million on August 14, 2020. Eason & Co Public Company Limited purchased 375,000 ordinary shares (15%) of Green Fuel Management Co., Ltd. from Jarukit Jullakharin by August 2020 and purchased 375,000 ordinary shares (15%) of Green Fuel Management Co., Ltd. from Jarukit Jullakharin by October 2020. Green Fuel Management Co., Ltd. will increase its registered capital from THB 25 million to THB 45 million. Eason & Co Public Company Limited will hold 0.75 million shares in Green Fuel Management Co., Ltd before increase its registered capital and after raising the registered capital Eason & Co Public Company Limited will hold 1.35 million shares in the Green Fuel Management Co., Ltd. The deal is funded by company's working capital. The acquisition is approved by the board of EASON. The deal is expected to close in October, 2020.

Under the terms, as on September 9, 2020, Eason & Co Public Company Limited had paid for the shares at first in the amount of THB 3.75 million and On October 1, 2020, has paid for the remaining in the amount of THB 3.75 million.
Eason & Co Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in manufacturing and selling industrial paints, such as off-set inks, motorcycle paints, packaging coatings and others. The Companyâs segments include automotive paints, other industrial paints and other. The products are divided into three categories, namely motorcycle coatings, packaging coatings, and offset ink for metal packaging. The motorcycle coatings are used for both fuel tanks and motorcycle parts. The coatings for packaging are made from tin-free steel, tin-plated steel, and aluminum, such as the coatings for cans, aluminum straw, and crown caps. The packaging coatings are categorized into three types, namely general can coatings, food can coatings, and others. The Company produces a four-color ink set and specialized ink. Also, the Company is developing the ink for aluminum screw caps and those in the ultraviolet (UV) system. The Company's brands include BASF, Eason, Nok Bin Khoo, and INX.
