Browary Warszawskie - launch of presales of the 2nd stage

An excellent sales result of the first stage of the project's residential part encouraged Echo Investment to start the presales of the second stage this month. It will include 181 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 111 sqm.

'The first stage was marketed in November last year and now we can boast 83 pct apartments sold. We have sold 76 out of 92 apartments. We expected a huge interest because Browary Warszawskie is our flagship project. The excellent result of the first stage made us launch the presales of the second stage so soon,' says Dawid Wrona, sales director in Echo Investment's Residential Project Department.

The second stage of Browary Warszawskie will involve the construction of 181 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 111 sqm. The launch of the project is planned for Q2 this year.

Browary Warszawskie is Echo Investment's flagship project of impressive scale and vision. It is a complex of a few apartment buildings, office buildings and a thriving public area including revived historical facilities. The project is being developed on Grzybowska Street, in the business and financial centre of the capital city.

Echo Investment's goal is to create an area that will constitute the essence of the city in the quarter of the streets: Grzybowska-Wronia-Chłodna-Krochmalna, where users will be able to find everything they need most for everyday life and creative development at any time of day and year.

Browary Warszawskie is a project with a combined area of 100,000 sqm. It is also a place which symbolizes not only great history but first of all a grand scale and success. This is where the largest brewery in the Kingdom of Poland was developed, which had a broad scale of operations.

Years later Echo Investment returns a new version of Browary Warszawskie to the capital city. The developer invited the renowned JEMS Architekci architectural studio to cooperate on the project, which applied the filter of culture, history and tradition in the design process. It resulted in emphasizing the rich context of the spot and the development of the new Browary Warszawskie spatial complex.
