Edan Instruments, Inc. its Annual General Meeting of 2021 on 20 April 2022 approved the appointment of Zheng Quanlu as independent director and Zhou Yirong as non-employee supervisors.
Edan Instruments, Inc. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sales of medical electronic equipment products and in-vitro diagnostic products, as well as the provision of related services. The Company provides maternity product series, including doppler fetal heart beat monitors, ultrasonic doppler fetal heart beat monitors, fetal/maternal monitors and maternity integrated diagnostic monitoring systems; electrocardiograph series, including digital twelve-channel electrocardiographs, digital six-channel electrocardiographs, electrocardiographic workstations, single-channel electrocardiographs and multi-channel electrocardiographs; monitoring product series, including portable multi-variable monitors, central monitoring systems and oximeters, as well as ultrasonic image product series, including digital ultrasonic diagnostic systems and others. The Company is also involved in the spare parts sale and in vitro diagnostics products business.
