The board of directors of Efora Energy Limited advised that Mr. Damain Matroos has been appointed by the Board as the Group Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect after having served in the role since February 2019 in an interim capacity. Additionally, Mrs. Tariro Gadzikwa is appointed by the Board as the Group Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect after having served in the role since February 2019 in an interim capacity.
