- Report of the registered auditor on the 2022 audit

- Report on the implementation of the remuneration policy for the members of the managing bodies
- Release from liability of the members of the managing bodies for their activity in 2022
- Election of a registered auditor for 2023
- Financial result allocation decision for the 2022 profit of BGN 367,351.53
Draft resolution: 1) Allocation of part of the 2022 net profit namely BGN 339,800.17 along with BGN 162,368.03 of the retained profit (altogether BGN 502,168.20) to gross dividend distribution in terms of BGN 0.02 gross dividend per share to be paid out within six (6) months starting from 10 August 2023 via the Central Depository and the Pazardzhik Branch of CB International Asset Bank;
2) Payment of royalties of 2.5% of the 2022 profit to each member of the Board of Directors
- In the lack of quorum, the GMS will be held on 30 June 2023 at 11:00 am, same place and agenda.
The voting right will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register fourteen (14) days before the GMS, i.e. by 01 June 2023 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the shareholders are entitled to exercise their voting rights, will be 30 May 2023 (Ex Date: 31 May 2023).
