Elpro International Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing of other electrical equipment’s, such as lighting arresters, varistors and surge arrestor. The Company is also engaged in real estate development and services. It operates through four segments: Electrical Equipment’s, Real Estate, Investment activity and Others. Electrical Equipment’s segment is engaged in manufacturing and selling of lightning arresters, varistor, secondary surge arresters, discharge counter, accessories and services in respect thereof. Real Estate segment is engaged in the development and sale of property and lease of land and premises. Investment activity segment comprises of long-term investments. Others segment represents income from power generation from Windmill. The Company has manufacturing plant located at Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra. Its subsidiaries include Faridabad Management Private Limited, and Zenox Trading & Manufacturing Private Limited.
