On October 10, 2023, Elron Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TASE: ELRN) filed an immediate report with the Israeli Securities Authority in which it reported the results of the Special General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company convened on October 10, 2023, pursuant to which Ms. Ronit Ritz -Bueno was appointed as an external director of the Company for a term of three (3) years, which shall commence on the day of approval of the meeting.
