Sayata Labs Ltd. announced that it has received a round of funding co-led by new investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Team8 Capital, fund managed by Team8 Labs Ltd. on June 24, 2021. The transaction also included participation from Kamet, OurCrowd Ltd. and returning investor Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. The company issued preferred shares in the transaction.
On the same day the company raised $17 million in the transaction from its first tranche.
