Dongguan Taiyi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive KRW 1,734,800,000 in an equity round of funding on September 2, 2020. The transaction will involve participation from Fine Em Tech Co.,Ltd. (XKON:A278990). Post completion of the transaction, the investor will hold 30% stake in the company. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.

The Company operates its business through three segments. The ESS Business segment manufactures and installs energy storage systems linked to photovoltaic power generations. The Accessories Business segment manufactures mobile products including mobile phone protective cases and screen protective films. The Pharmaceutical Business segment manufactures and sells disinfectants for hospitals.
