EMINENCE ENTERPRISE LIMITED (Alliance News) - B&C Speakers Spa announced Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of assets related to the Eminence Speakers brand.
The newly formed company B&C Speakers China, wholly owned by broadcaster B&C Speakers, purchased part of the production assets from Eminence Dongguan Enterprise Co. Ltd for an established consideration of EUR900,000.
The newly established B&C Speakers China will start production activities as soon as the process of receiving the assets themselves is completed, being already in possession of all the necessary authorizations to carry out the economic activity.
These assets, together with the investments made directly by B&C Speakers, guarantee the possibility to start producing and marketing Eminence Speakers branded products also in the whole Asian area.
With this step, therefore, the acquisition of all economic activities referable to Eminence Speakers at the international level is completed.
Lorenzo Coppini, CEO of B&C Speakers commented that "the completion of this acquisition process allows us to give an important boost to the internationalization process of B&C, which will now be able to count on two additional production facilities in markets, the American and Chinese, which are strategic for the group. Among the next steps to be taken will be to take advantage of the acquired production facilities to expand the Group's product range from those currently made in Italy."
B&C Speakers' stock is up 0.6 percent at EUR16.80 per share.
